MAKE-UP EXAMINATION REGULATIONS |

The term “make-up examination” refers
to the examination papers provided for any student who is not able
to participate in the examination on date and time scheduled by the
Office of Graduate Schools (O.G.S.).
Any student who misses the scheduled examination should file a petition
form and submit to seeking the approval from the Director
of the O.G.S. to be allowed to take part to the “make-up
examination”. The petition should be submitted to the O.G.S.
within 2 weeks before or after the date and time examination be scheduled. |

"Make-up examination” is allowed for students
who take part either to midterm examination or to
final examination only. Once allowed to take part
in“make-up examination” students should pay 1,500 Bht.
fees for each course-subject of examination. Any student who misses
to take part in midterm examination or final
examination will get the final grade result of the course-subject
he/ she has chosen to be “I” (Incomplete) and the process
of “make-up examination” should be fulfilled within 2
semesters in which the course-subject of the examination has been
chosen. |

All students requesting to be allowed
to take part in“make-up examination” should meet either
one of the following conditions: -
In case of sickness: a medical certificate
should be presented. - In
case of accident: a police report should be presented.
- In case of business reasons
(Seminar, training, overseas trips, etc.):
certification letter from office, company
or organization should be presented. |

If the above mentioned conditions are not justified,
all petitions submitted by students would be rejected. |
